Complete set of 14 by Frank Baum. 13 books printed by Reilly & Lee and Wizard of Oz published by Bobbs Merrill (1944 edition). Wizard of Oz contains color ILLUSTRATIONS. Book condition in average are from Good to Fine. Dust jacket condition also various from good to very good . Dust jackets protected book covers over the years and each dust jacket is protected in special mylar covers.

These books constitute Oz series written by Frank Baum. These books have many color plates and Road to Oz never had any color plates. Books are in various condition, but photos speak for themselves. Few books might have previous owner name in book belong section and they are at least 75 years old. Color plates were discontinued after 1935 to reduce cost of printing. These whole set in Good condition and none of these books are falling in part in your hands.

Set of 9 Rand McNally Junior editions series. Printed in 1939. Each book contains 12 color illustrations. This is the only edition where Road to Oz have color illustrations by John R Neill.( see one of them This set is in Very good condition. Books do not have any coloring or tears inside. All remaining books printed by Reilly & Lee in 1930s and 40s. Some books from 40s are first edition and in first editions dust jackets. For example copy of Lucky Bucky in Oz with message on the dust jacket flap to purchase War Bonds in 1942 sells for over $1000 by some dealers. Copy of Merry go round in dust jackets are also selling for over $500. Copy of 5th edition of Wizard of Oz in dust jacket also sells for over $500.
